Tamika Jacques is a Motivational Visionary, Workforce Guru,
Life Coach and DEI Consultant. Dr. Jacques has been in the Workforce Development field for over twenty years and has had the honor of creating training
programs that have empowered women, minorities, college
students, youth, incumbent and under-employed workers.

 

Dr. Jacques is a highly sought-after speaker on subjects that
include Developing & Sustaining Diverse and Inclusive
Networks, Empowering Your Dreams, Designing Career Vision Boards and Self Empowerment. 


As part of her many accomplishments, Dr. Jacques was awarded the Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion from the American Association of Blacks in Energy in 2021 and the Rising Star Award from the New England Women in Energy and The
Environment in 2017.

In 2019, Dr. Jacques published A Brown Girls Guide to Employment and Networking which reached #1 on Amazon under Vocational Education. The Best Seller was also listed on Forbes.com as one of the Best Books for Networking.

 

Dr. Jacques second book, A Brown Parents Guide, Preparing Our
Children for Employment In The 21st Century was published January, 2021. 

 

Education:

Dr. Jacques has an Educational Doctorate in Educational Leadership from

Johnson  & Wales University, Master of Science in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in
International Economics from Suffolk University.
